Reservation Guarantee

The reservation is confirmed upon the settlement confirmation credited to the hotel's account by the specified date. Failure to confirm the credit in the hotel's account will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.

For same-day reservations or those outside the cancellation policy, the guest must provide credit card details (number, expiry, and CCV) for the reservation amount to be charged (this amount is non-refundable).

At Hotel Puma, customers can make two types of reservations, considering two tariff options:

Non-refundable Rate

Free Cancellation Rate (up to 48 hours before check-in date)


Cancellation Policy

Reservations made with the non-refundable rate cannot be changed or canceled.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the total reservation amount through the customer's provided card at the time of booking, and thus, the entire reservation amount is charged upon confirmation.

Reservations with free cancellation can be freely canceled by the customer at no cost up to 48 hours before the check-in date.

The total reservation amount will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, with no refund.

In case of 'No-show,' the hotel reserves the right to apply the aforementioned clause.


Useful Information

Check-in starts from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be done by 12:00 PM. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

At check-in, identification (passport or citizen card) will be requested from all guests in the reservation, so it's important to have it with you.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the customer should proceed, if necessary, to the payment of outstanding amounts.

Any extra consumption must be paid on the spot. We aim for the check-out process to be quick and straightforward.

Breakfast is included in your rate, starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 10:00 AM.

On the check-out day, the customer must vacate the room by 12:00 PM, free of people and belongings and without any damages.

All our rooms are non-smoking. If the guest smokes in the room, an 80€ fee will be applied for cleaning and odor elimination.

The hotel has a "Lost and Found" service. All items left by guests will go to this section and will be kept for a maximum of 4 months.


Pets

Pets are not allowed at Hotel Puma.

The hotel reserves the right to require the customer to leave without any refund if the customer introduces animals into the establishment.


Terms of Use

Only people listed in the reservation are entitled to enjoy it.

Customers must care for the establishment with care and consideration.

It is recommended for customers not to keep money, jewelry, or other valuables in the room or in vehicles parked at the hotel.

The hotel provides a safe at the reception for customers to store valuables.

The hotel assumes no responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to valuables.

When the check-out date and time are not respected, the hotel reserves the right to enter the room and place the guest's belongings in the luggage storage.

Children under 14 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during their stay at the hotel.


Complaints

The customer must inspect the assigned room upon arrival and immediately report any defects to the reception.

If a damage/defect is actually verified in the room, the hotel has the right to choose between repairing it or relocating the customer to an equivalent room.

For the mentioned purposes, only defects that compromise the level of service and quality will be considered. The hotel is not obliged to take any action in case of irrelevant complaints that do not compromise the quality of the service to be provided.
